Shipping policy

  • Shipping included in the price, tracked.
  • Zones: metropolitan France and the European Union.
  • Times: dispatch within 1–2 business days from our Strasbourg atelier; delivery in 2–4 business days (France) and 5–8 business days (EU), tracking number provided.
  • Strasbourg & Eurométropole: complimentary hand delivery by appointment — contact us after ordering; in December, hand delivery until the 24th.
  • Customs: EU sales only — no customs charges for you.
  • Damaged parcel: note reserves with the carrier and contact us within 48 h with photos at alephheritage@gmail.com.
  • Late delivery: if delivery exceeds the announced date by more than 7 days, you may set a reasonable additional deadline and then cancel for a full refund (French Consumer Code, art. L.216-6 et seq.).
