Refund policy
30 days to change your mind, full refund. We voluntarily extend the legal 14-day withdrawal right: you have 30 days from receipt to return your order, no reason needed.
- Conditions: unworn, in original condition, with the box, meaning card and pouch.
- Procedure: write to with your order number; we confirm within 24–48 h. France: prepaid return label provided. Other EU: return shipping at your expense (tracked recommended).
- Refund: full (price paid, shipping included), within 14 days of our receiving the return or proof of shipment, to the original payment method.
- Defective or non-conforming item: report within 48 h with photos to ; return and replacement (or refund) entirely at our expense under the legal guarantees (2-year conformity guarantee — see Terms, art. 6).
- Exchanges of finish or letter: possible under the same time and condition rules.
- These rights are in addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right described in art. 5 of the Terms (model form included there).
